Refund Eligibility

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will require photo evidence of the issue.
  • Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation as your order may already be in preparation or transit.
  • Non-Delivery: If your order does not arrive due to our shipping partners' fault, we will offer a full refund or resend the order at our discretion. However, we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery if incorrect shipping information was provided.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days of the refund approval.
  • We will notify you once the refund has been processed.

Exclusions

  • We cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used, unless they are damaged or defective.
  • Refunds or exchanges for reasons other than damage, defect, or incorrect delivery will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
