The founders
Founder
Ryan studied advertising at KDU University College, graduating with a Bachelor in Communication. In 2020, at 26 and in the middle of the pandemic, he started Lazy Kitchen when his family's food court of more than twenty years was struggling.
He is driven by building the business and by one vision: turning healthy meals into delicious food that people genuinely want to eat every day.

Jun is the cook behind every Lazy Kitchen flavour. A personal trainer who has followed a disciplined diet for years, he cares deeply about what goes on his plate.
In 2023 he co-founded Lazy Diet so that anyone can eat the way he does, high in protein and carefully balanced, without ever giving up on taste.

Our journey
In the middle of the pandemic, Ryan and his family start Lazy Kitchen from their home kitchen, selling marinated chicken online.
Named one of Asia's 100 Favourite Products by the Asia Pacific Book of the TOP Recognition, and awarded again in 2022.
Our production kitchen is certified under MeSTI, the Ministry of Health Malaysia's food safety programme.
Recognised for the most pre-prepared chickens sold online in a year.
Ryan and Jun launch Lazy Diet, our ready-to-eat range of high-protein meals with nine signature flavours.
Lazy Kitchen steps into its next chapter with a refreshed identity: the new LK logo and redesigned packaging, alongside a five-year expansion plan that sets the course for our next stage of growth.

Lazy Kitchen is where it all began. Our boneless Chicken Chop and tender Chicken Breast are marinated in a signature blend of more than 30 spices, so every piece cooks up golden and caramelised on the outside, juicy on the inside, and full of flavour down to the last bite.
Pick a flavour, from Original and Black Pepper to Lemongrass and Garlic, then simply cook and serve. A restaurant-style chicken chop at home, without the marinating, the mess or the wait.

Lazy Diet brings the same bold flavours to a lighter, high-protein menu. Nine signature dishes created by Jun, from Black Pepper Chicken Breast to Kung Pao Chicken Thigh, fully cooked, vacuum-sealed and frozen at peak freshness.
Heat for three minutes, serve with rice or greens, and enjoy a balanced meal that genuinely tastes good.
